WHAT CAN I RETURN?
We are only able to accept returns on items - including earrings - if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging.
However we can’t accept returns on engraved items - unless they were received faulty - as we’ve customised these pieces especially for you.
We are also unable to accept returns on items purchased from our stockists, and all purchases made will need to be returned directly to them.
We offer exchanges on ring sizes only.
If you want to exchange any other items, you are welcome to return a full priced item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred item.
DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY
Daphine is currently offering free returns for items in new and unworn condition within 14 days of your receipt of shipment.
Within 7-10 business days of our receipt of your return, you will receive an email that your refund has been processed. If your return package shows as having been delivered but you haven't yet received a refund notification, we appreciate your patience in allowing us time to complete the return process. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the original purchase. Refunds are for product only and do not include original shipping cost. Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for items in new and unworn condition. We must receive your return within 14 days from the date you originally received your order. We cannot be responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit, so please make sure that you obtain tracking info for your return and insure your package appropriately.
Customer will be responsible for all international return shipping costs. Daphine is unable to refund any duties and taxes paid.

GIFT RETURN POLICY
We're happy to make return arrangements for any item received as a gift. Once we receive the return we will issue you an e-gift card to your email. The gift card will not expire. We do not offer refunds for items received as gifts.
Please reach out to us at email@example.com to let us know you're returning a gift, and include the packing slip (if you have it) in your return package as well as your email address so we know who to send the gift card to. If you do not have the packing slip with the order number, please include the name of the person who purchased the gift for you so we can locate the order and process the return.
VINTAGE RETURN POLICY
Due to the unique nature of our pre-loved vintage pieces, all items are final sale.
