Items to the EU are shipped via our France warehouse so there will be no additional taxes or customs charges to receive your parcel.

All other international countries may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. Please note that we do not cover these costs, therefore, you will be responsible for them. Unfortunately as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. EUROPEAN ORDERS

EU orders are shipped directly from our Paris studio.

We offer both our local postal service (Colissimo) along with other international services for selected destinations. When Colissimo is selected as a shipping option, note that when the parcel leaves France it is then transferred to your government postal service. Colissimo will no longer receive status changes and we will no longer be able to provide additional tracking information.

TERMS

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for the order. We offer package protection through our shipping and package protection partner Route, by not selecting Route shipping protection at checkout, you agree to the terms that Daphine is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items. We do not refund packages lost in transit and are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

TIPS & TRICKS

Your ring should fit your finger comfortably, snug enough so that it will not fall off but loose enough to slide over your knuckle with some resistance.

For best results measure your finger size at the end of the day and when your fingers are their largest.

Don’t measure when your body temperature is either too cold or too hot. Only measure when fingers are at room temperature.

If you hesitate between two sizes, always go with the larger one.

If you are purchasing a wide band, you will be more comfortable moving up a half size from your measurement.
