International customers are responsible for the payment of any additional fees, customs, duties & taxes.
We provide tracking numbers on all deliveries once your order has been dispatched and is on your despatch email.
We offer free domestic returns (UK). Please see the terms below and contact

We accept returns of items in their original condition within 14 days of the initial order date. The jewellery items must not have been worn and it must be in the original packaging. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs including duties. Daphine is not responsible for lost or damaged mail, we recommend that you insure your return shipment.
Please note, we cannot accept returns on engraved pieces unless faulty.

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your jewellery. We offer free returns on faulty goods if returned within 14 days of the initial order date. Please contact our customer service for a return label: firstname.lastname@example.org
