We are still shipping! Due to government restrictions there might be a delay in fulfilment but we will try our best to ship all packages within 48 hours of receipt of the order (excluding weekends).

We accept returns of items in their original condition within 14 days of the initial order date. The jewellery items must not have been worn and it must be in the original packaging. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs including duties. Daphine is not responsible for lost or damaged mail, we recommend that you insure your return shipment.
Please note, we cannot accept returns on engraved pieces unless faulty.
